Responsible in done the preparation and evaluation of HUMAN RESOURCES management policies in the company in order to generate the system and human resources management policies and support the achievement of the objectives of the current company.

General Requirements:

· Education diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (undergraduate) all majors with a GPA (Scale 4.0) for a minimum of 2.6.
· Have a strong commitment to the task
· Able to establish communication and cooperation within the group.
· Customer-oriented.
· Have a strong desire to learn.
Special requirements:
· Have experience in the field of HUMAN RESOURCES at least 3 years
