The company is building a 2 x 30 MW coal-fired CFB power plant at Tanjung,
Kalimantan Selatan and plans to commission the plant in the second quarter of

positions in the power plant.
1. Chemist (code:SC)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
2. 3 years experience insimilar position in Power or Process Industry
3. Have good knowledge in the management of boiler cycle chemistry, water
treatment plant, laboratory chemistry and environment management system.
4. Computer Literate
5. Have good oral and written English communication skill
2. WTP Operators (code: WO)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min High School graduate
2. Experience in operation of water treatment, waste water treatment plant
3. Computer literate with experience in PLC
4. Able to read English manual
3. Lab Technician (code: LT)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Industrial Chemistry or related study
2. Experience in cycle chemistry, water treatment and laboratory
chemistry
3. Computer literate
4. Able to read English manual
4. Shift Supervisors (code: SS)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
2. 5 years experience insimilar position in Power or Process Industry
3. Preference for those who possessSIO (Surat Ijin Operasi) Boiler, Grade
1/Grade 2
4. Sound knowledge of power plant operations, work safety system and ability
to troubleshoot process problem
5. Computer literate with experience in DCS
6. Have good oral and written English communication skills
5. Senior Unit Operators (code: SUO)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
2. 3 years experience in similar position in Power or Process Industry.
3. Have good knowledge of power plant operations and some ability to
troubleshoot plant problems
4. Preference for those who possess SIO (Surat Ijin Operasi) Boiler, Grade
1/Grade 2
5. Computer literate with experience in DCS
6. Have good oral and written English communication skills
6. Unit Operators (code: UO)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
2. 1 year experience in similar position in Power or Process Industry
3. Have knowledge of power plant operation
4. Computer literate with experience in DCS
5. Have good oral and written English communication skills
7. Field Operators (code: FO)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
2. Have experience in similar position in Power or Process Industry
3. Computer literate
4. Able to read English manual
8. Senior Mechanical Engineer (code: SME)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min 7 years experience in similar position Power or Process Industry
3. Have sound knowledge in the maintenance of boilers, steam turbines,
rotating and conveyors equipment
4. Computer literate
5. Have good oral and written English communication skills
9. Mechanical Engineers (code: ME)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. 3 years experience in similar position in Power or Process Industry
3. Preference for those with experience in maintenance of steam turbine,
belt conveyor system, and rotating equipment
4. Computer Literate
5. Have good oral and written English communication skills
10. Instrument & Control Engineer (code: IC)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering Physics or related engineering
disciplines
2. 3 years experience in similar position in Power Plant or Process
Industry
3. Good knowledge in the maintenance of control systems, PLC, DCS, SCADA,
analysers and field instruments
4. Preference for those with experience in DCS/PLC programming
5. Good knowledge of IT

11. Electrical Engineer (code: EE)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. 3 years experience in similar position in Power or Process Industry
3. Good knowledge in the maintenance of electrical machines, transformers,
switchgear and protection system.
4. Have good oral and written English communication skills
5. Computer literate with experience in PLC
12. Technicians – Mechanical (code: TM)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Vocational High School (STM)
2. 5 years experience in the similar position in Power or Process Industry.
3. Good knowledge in the maintenance of valves, piping, pressure vessels and
rotating equipment
4. Understand English manual
13. Technicians – Electrical (code: TE)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Engineering
2. 3 years experience in the similar position in Power or Process
Industry.
3. Good knowledge in the maintenance in electrical machine, transformers,
switchgear, protection system, UPS and PLC.
4. Understand English manual
14. Technicians – I&C (code: TIC)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Engineering
2. 3 years experience in the similar position in Power Plant industry or
Process Industry.
3. Good knowledge in the maintenance of control system, PLC, DCS, SCADA,
analysers & field instruments
4. Understand English manual
15. Planner (code:PL)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Min Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology
2. 3 years experience in computerize maintenance management system and
production planning function
3. Good knowledge of Information Technology
4. Have good oral and written English communication skills
16. Support Service Head (code: SSH)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related major
2. 5 years experience in management of contract, procurement, warehouse
and HR/administration.

17. Contract & Procurement Staff (code: CPS)
